Terrific hotel, everything was pleasant, I loved staff and location. Quick check-in was a bonus. Besides, there was great wifi, had no problem with it.

It was a luxurious place, had helpful staff from the receptionist. The hotel was set in a central area near to Florence, the Duomo, Super close to the train station.

Luxury hotel and impeccably clean, savoury breakfasts, unbeatable location right near the train station in front of Santa Maria Novella.

The place is traditional and tidy, everything is excellent, it should have higher than 4 star rating.

The staff were happy to help and the hotel was ATMOSPHERIC, we loved staying in Florence.

Convenient property, fairly clean, its rooms and location were very good! The bedroom was comfortable and the bed was very lovely. A cathedral and a church were near the accommodation. Located close to a train station, in the pretty comfortable area.

Very pleasant stay in the pleasant enough area. Luxurious and very specious room with Nespresso coffee and terrace. Central location, not very far from a spandrel segmental arch bridge.

Location and food were immaculate and I especially loved that the place was exceptionally clean. I booked a room with a so so comfy bed, armchairs and high ceiling. And it was so clean, the bathroom - marble. Impressive interior, outstanding restaurant.

i loved it. the staff were extremely professional; the room was very compact and the bed was really soft. breakfast was bountiful with lots of so delicious options. brilliant view of hills.

Kind staff was willing to help and suggested different places to visit.
